Site Analysis and Zozing: Researching jurisdictional restrictions, building codes, setbacks, height maximums, and, if applicable, performing feasibility studies.
Conceptual Design Development: Creating initial sketches, 3D models (using software like Revit/SketchUp), and renderings to explore building form, massing, and spatial flow
